Health & Safety Education: First Aid & Emergency Response (Teenager) 12-17
Health & Safety Series for middle school/high school-age children, homeschool children and/or homeschool health & safety curriculum. Lessons are to teach children on how to protect themselves and others from harm, and how to recognize and avoid hazards for safety and health. This Lesson discusses first aid and emergency response, as well as how to contact emergency services/dispatch. This Lesson instructs basic first aid and the treatment of minor injuries, as well as how to identify critical or emergency health situations. Additionally, this Lesson instructs children on how to speak with emergency dispatchers or emergency services for them to be able to assist in emergency situations. Lastly, this Lesson instructs children on the basic procedures for "hands-only" CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation). This Lesson content approved by a Certified Safety Professional.
